All Allera lighting products are covered by a 3 year manufacturer's warranty against defects on workmanship and materials used. The warranty service is limited to the replacement or repair of products that become defective under normal usage, as determined by Allera. This warranty does not cover LED lights that have been abused, improperly used or disassembled including being installed without adequate heat dispersion, waterproofing of electrical connections, appropriate drainage for inground lights or if not used with the prescribed Constant Voltage LED drivers. Warranty will not apply if LED products are used with standard electronic or iron core transformers. Except as stated above, no other express warranty applies.
Any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of the Lamp is excluded. For any warranty claim please use the
contact form on this site quoting original invoice number. Please note Allera will not be responsible for postage costs associated with the warranty claim.
