The Garden Terrace
UKARIA Cultural Centre is situated on the hillside of the Ngeringa property in the picturesque Adelaide Hills just outside Mount Barker. Concerts have been hosted on the property for acclaimed national and international artists since the mid-1990s. The state-of-the-art and environmentally sustainable UKARIA Cultural Centre was funded by the Klein Family and built on what was once the Jurlique Farm. Leading architect, Anton Johnson has designed every aspect of the Centre with the sensory experience of the visitor in mind. The Centre today is used for concerts, weddings, conferences, accommodation, and catering.
The project we undertook was a large extension to the original Cultural Centre. The construction methods and detailing were innkeeping with the original unique architectural elements.
