We are thrilled to showcase our recent project, a testament to our commitment to transformative lighting design. Situated on Osmond Terrace in Norwood, this residence epitomises contemporary architecture, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with functional illumination.

Interior Lighting:

In the interiors, our focus was on creating a harmonious ambiance through careful lighting selection. Recessed track lighting is strategically placed to highlight architectural features and provide a clean, unobtrusive glow. The bathrooms feature dynamic RGBW colour-changing strip lighting, adding a touch of versatility and modernity to the space.

For task and accent lighting, we employed carefully positioned downlights, ensuring optimal visibility for sculptures and artworks while maintaining an elegant and clutter-free environment.

Ambient lighting plays a pivotal role, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Wall lights and decorative pendants were chosen thoughtfully, contributing a soft, inviting layer to the space, perfect for nighttime enjoyment.

Exterior Lighting:

The outdoor spaces are brought to life with a combination of functional and aesthetic lighting solutions. Spike uplights strategically placed emphasise the lush planting, creating a picturesque play of light and shadow.

For the driveway, we incorporated the Unios Spectrum path light, not only illuminating the pathway but also adding a touch of sophistication to the exterior. The play of light extends beyond the walls, seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor areas.

Our approach to this project was driven by a commitment to balance functionality with aesthetics, creating an environment that is both visually stunning and practical. The Norwood Residence on Osmond Terrace stands as a testament to our passion for innovative lighting design.
