Erindale | Residence

This modern home in Erindale was a new build on a grand scale - high ceilings and large spaces meant that we had a lot of room to play with. With architecture by Proske and interior design by MCR, we couldn’t have been happier to light up this beautiful building.

A favourite of ours, the FX 48V track is such a versatile piece and we have used it here in a few different ways. A combination of Spotlights and Darklighters in the kitchen creates subtle task lighting with next to no glare. We love the Orb Balls in the bathroom next to the mirror, to shine light onto the face without creating shadows. The sky’s the limit with FX and we love to discover new ways of lighting a space.

Glowing Orbit Step Lights guide the way through the home in the evenings, while Rec Wall Lights shine upwards in the living areas for ambient light while eating dinner or watching a movie on the couch.

General lighting indoors is provided by surface mounted Titanium Downlights. On the exterior walls, we have utilised the Athena Wall Light to great effect, shining in both vertical directions and giving the perfect amount of light for safety outdoors at night.
